help! my betta is dying?

I’ve had a male betta for about nine months now, ad until about a week ago he was perfectly healthy, eating, flaring, making bubble nests, you know… the usual. He is in a 2 gallon tank with a heater and a filter. Well last week he started to be non interested in food, and staying on the bottom of the tank. Its been a week and he is no better. I tried fungus clear with no help. I have fought fin rot since I purchased him, even though his water is filtered, and I use conditioner, and clean his water every week. There is never any left over food in his tank. His fins look ragged and he has some discolored places on his face and body.

Poor Hank is a fighter! But I dont know how much longer he can make it!

Maybe your house is too cold even with the heater.
